Ellen Reddick 

Is the owner of Impact Factory which is a company focused on performance-improvement that she founded in 2002. She works with clients in various industries to help them excel in sales, service, and leadership. Ellen's clients include organizations of all sizes where she has built a proven record of helping them increase sales and customer retention, while simultaneously improving employee retention, engagement, and productivity. Ellen has made a powerful difference to every organization she has touched.  She is an expert in emotional intelligence as well as all aspects of business etiquette and professional behavior. She also is a certified mediator and facilitator.  

Ellen has over two decades of front-line corporate experience.  Her corporate experience includes National Process Improvement Director for Lucent Technologies and Director for the Utah office of Fairchild Industries. Ellen was able to climb the corporate ladder in a tough industry and leave a powerful legacy in every position she held. 

Ellen is an accomplished author in the business sector and renowned for her expertise.  In addition to writing several books, she routinely writes articles and participates in several blogs. In addition to her publications, she is often interviewed as a resource for national articles and publications. Locally, in Utah, she is a regular on Fox 13's, The Place, as their Business Professional Expert.

 Ellen is deeply involved in all aspects of her community. For Salt Lake City, she has served in the following capacities:

  • Salt Lake Mayor Ralph Becker’s Transition Team
  • Chair of the SLC Busines Advisory Board 
  • The Raparian Corridor  Advisory Board
  • The SLC Business District Formation Advisory Board.

In addition, Ellen is currently 

  • Chair of the Bonneville Hills Community Council
  • Chair of the East Bench Master Plan Group
  • Utah Moms for Clean Air Steering Committee
  • Board member of the Foothill Village Merchants Association
  • Women’s Democratic Caucus Committee Chair
  • U of U Traffic & Transportation Committee 

Ellen has managed political campaigns and has run for political office.
